What We Offer
At Rooted, we are a stylist-first, guest-focused salon built on consistency, professionalism, and a shared commitment to growth. We require a consistent schedule (co-stylists: minimum 3 days per week; established stylists: minimum 2 days), including at least one Saturday per month, participation in ongoing education, and attendance at monthly team connects. To protect the integrity of our business, any outside salon employment must be in a different county. These expectations are non-negotiable and are in place to support both your success behind the chair and the elevated experience we provide our guests.
